Sometimes happiness is as easy as deciding to be happy. Today was a great day to remind me of that. Lately, I wake up with the world on my shoulders, placed there for me, by me. I've been upset at my own setbacks, not even that...Just life. But life happens, and then continues on. So while I worry about the storm clouds that may or may not head my way, I'm forgetting to appreciate the sun that's shining on my very face right now. Long story short; remember to focus on the present, and find the beauty in what's there, that's the only thing we really can and should be doing. Life has too much beauty to be focusing on the rest.

I chose this outfit as a delicate reminder of the lovely things I love. This sweater is a wonderful find that I thrifted a few weeks ago. I paired it with some amazing shorts (borrowed). I just couldn't resist the big bows on either side of the legs, since I am a huge sucker for bows. I wanted to keep going with the feminine look, so I added some knee high lace stockings. Finishing off the look with some classic brown boots and a jeweled up necklace.
