Sorry! I Moved..

Okay…So I’ve got some explaining to do. I’ve taken quite the break from my fashion blogging, photography, art…everything, to get some very necessary things taken care of. So this is my “I’m sorry, but I’ve been moving!” post :) It’s been quite a whirlwind of finding a place in time (my lease was up at my old spot) and this is not an easy task in Santa Barbara…Especially with a medium sized extra fluffy dog, but luckily for us something worked out right in the knick of time.  This was a great situation to remind me to always be grateful for what I have and be extra grateful when magical things work out!
I’m still in Santa Barbara (it’s going to take a lot to get me to leave this heavenly place) in fact I’m in a rather lovely spot. Mika (that’s my wonderful dog) and I are quite pleased if we do say so ourselves. I took these photos right before I moved everything out of my old place, so these are my last memories, and they very much explain all of my emotions of how I was feeling at the time…Stressed, tired, excited, a little loopy from my nonstop two days of packing…which I can only blame on my own procrastination.. Alas, I'm moved in and at home... Oh and also I just have to point out my wonderful vintage Oscar De La Renta tapestry bag sitting next to me. It is my all time favorite carry on for flights. I found it tucked in a corner of a catholic thrift store here in Santa baarbara.
I just wanted to announce a few things I have coming up to look forward to!
1. I’ll be posting a new look very soon here that I shot in my new home :)
2. I have some new fine art that I’ll be putting up on my photo site, along with an entire store of my own prints-details later on
3. And lastly I want to introduce a new project that I will be coming out in the next couple weeks. I’ve been working on handmade jewelry for the year, learning about wiring, metal working, and leather. I’m very excited to announce that I will be coming out with my own line of accessories. I’m wrapping up some loose ends with my brand and store and will have more details on the shop soon!
